Perfect for families and groups of up to 6 guests, the holiday home features a bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious private terrace with stunning lake and mountain views. A private garage is also available for your convenience.

Guests have access to the residence's seasonal shared swimming pool (open from June to mid-September, weather permitting), a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a tennis court, and beautifully maintained gardens. Please note that swimming caps are mandatory when using the pool.

The holiday home enjoys a peaceful hillside location, approximately a 20-minute walk downhill to the centre of Menaggio. As the return walk is uphill, we highly recommend having a car, although a bus stop is conveniently located just outside the residence.

Menaggio is one of the most charming towns on Lake Como, offering excellent restaurants, cafés, shops, a beautiful lakeside promenade, and regular ferry connections to Bellagio and Varenna. Como and Lugano (Switzerland) are both within easy driving distance.
