Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains from Villa Suzanna, a spacious two-level holiday home peacefully located within the private Le Terrazze Condominium, just 2.5 km from the centre of Menaggio.

Perfect for families and groups of up to 6 guests, the holiday home features a bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious private terrace with stunning lake and mountain views. A private garage is also available for your convenience.

Guests have access to the residence's seasonal shared swimming pool (open from June to mid-September, weather permitting), a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a tennis court, and beautifully maintained gardens. Please note that swimming caps are mandatory when using the pool.

Villa Suzanna is part of Le Terrazze Condominium, a private residential community surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and communal areas. We kindly ask guests to respect the condominium rules and help preserve the peaceful atmosphere for all residents and visitors.

The holiday home enjoys a beautiful hillside location, approximately a 20-minute walk downhill to the centre of Menaggio. As the return walk is uphill, we highly recommend having a car, although a bus stop is conveniently located just outside the residence.

Menaggio is one of the most charming towns on Lake Como, offering excellent restaurants, cafés, shops, a beautiful lakeside promenade, and regular ferry connections to Bellagio and Varenna. Como and Lugano (Switzerland) are both within easy driving distance.

For a convenient meal close to the villa, Pizzeria CO.RI is just a short walk away, approximately 5 minutes via the pedestrian path towards Menaggio.

For a special dining experience, we recommend Locanda Il Cris in the nearby town of Lenno.

In Menaggio, Cera Bistrot, located in the main square, is a popular choice.

In Tremezzo, we recommend Helvetia and Cantina Follie, both excellent options for enjoying local cuisine and the beautiful surroundings of Lake Como.

Spring at Lake Como

In spring, Lake Como comes to life as colourful gardens bloom and mountain trails become ideal for outdoor adventures. Walk along the Greenway del Lago di Como, hike to the panoramic viewpoints at Rifugio Menaggio or Monte Grona, and visit the blooming gardens of Villa Carlotta and Villa Melzi in Bellagio. Enjoy ferry trips between the lakeside towns, explore the area by bicycle, or simply savour a leisurely breakfast on the terrace while taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Como.

Autumn at Lake Como

Autumn is one of the best times to visit Lake Como. Enjoy peaceful walks along Menaggio's lakeside promenade, visit the charming towns of Bellagio, Varenna and Tremezzo, all easily reached by ferry, or explore one of the region's most scenic hiking routes – the Greenway del Lago di Como – passing through picturesque lakeside villages. For breathtaking views of Lake Como and the Alps, hike to Monte Grona or Rifugio Menaggio. Be sure to visit Villa Carlotta, famous for its beautiful gardens and impressive art collection, and enjoy authentic Lombardy cuisine at restaurants overlooking the lake.

For winter sports enthusiasts, several excellent Alpine ski resorts are within easy driving distance. Piani di Bobbio is perfect for a day trip and suitable for beginners as well as intermediate skiers, while the world-famous St. Moritz in Switzerland offers exceptional skiing, luxury shopping and spectacular Alpine views.
